iProView is available for Paradox 8-11 and for Paradox Runtime 8-11 with English, Dutch, French and Russian interfaces in a single package.

The iProView runs under Paradox or Paradox Runtime v.8-11 and acts as a WEB-server.
Users can access tables, queries, scripts, etc., which reside on the computer where iProView server works, from any point of the world using common WEB-browsers, in accordance with rights, given them by iProView administrator. Developers can manage databases on remote client's computers. Using iProView, you can view, edit and query tables, perform many other operations even on computers which has only Paradox Runtime installed. You can make your existing applications partially WEB-enabled simply by installing iProView and giving the users only "Open reports" and "Run scripts" rights in particular directories.

iProView does not require Paradox or Paradox Runtime on client's computers!

Main iProView features:

• sophisticated system of user rights for directories access and operations
• intuitive interface, most functions are accessible via right-click context sensitive menus, all controls have either tooltips, or description which appears in the browser's
• status line when the mouse pointer is over these controls.
• viewing, editing, filtering, querying (via QBE and SQL), verifying and rebuilding tables
• viewing graphics and formatted memo fields
• access to SQL databases
• running Paradox forms in browser - powered by PxForms Anywhere engine
• executing reports and obtaining results in RTF format - powered by PxForms Anywhere engine
• executing scripts with possible result as a report in RTF format
• creating, editing, executing QBE and SQL. Complete QBE interface emulation.
• editing methods in scripts and libraries
• downloading files and whole directories (with zipping possibility)
• file operations
• obtaining system information
• many other features

On the browser side iProView doesn't use cookies, Java and ActiveX elements - only JavaScript.

Unregistered (demo) version of iProView displays maximum 5 files in each file list. Unlock code is needed to remove this limitation.

To install or update iProView, download self-extracting iProViewSetup.exe, run it, select any temporary directory you want to extract to, then start Paradox and open the instXX.fdl from this directory (XX corresponds to your Paradox version). iProView will be automatically installed to your system. Then restart Paradox and you will see iProView Server menu item in the Tools section of the Paradox menu.
